bios setup

BIOS Setup

Ok, Its not really Vista related, however, when I enter the BIOS setup (on boot-up) I go to the system tab and look at the "Memory" data. The RAM is ok, but the Video Memory just says 16mb when the card is actually 64mb!
Any ideas? should I change it to a higher figure?

Hi Marc,
Perhaps you are looking at the settings for an on-board video that you replaced with an agp or pci card?

Which card? Probably an ATI with "hypermemory" or an nVidia with "Turbocache".
Both are fancy terms that mean: "not really memory on the card, we steal real memory and lie!"
